Damian Brake has over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas, environmental consulting, and environmental drilling industries. Mr. Brake is a Professional Agrologist as recognized by the Alberta Institute of Agrologists, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Calgary. Mr. Brake has extensive experience working as an environmental consultant, conducting and reporting Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments for the upstream oil and gas reclamation programs. As director of Brake’s Environmental Drilling, Mr. Brake oversees all management of marketing operations and business development. Mr. Brake carries extensive experience throughout the environmental drilling industry, allowing for an integrated knowledge within the company. |

| Josh Yarker brings an effective and strategic business approach to the operations at Brake’s Environmental Drilling. Mr. Yarker holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and has extensive experience in industrial management. As Operations Manager of Brake’s Environmental Drilling, Mr. Yarker co-ordinates all field operations of the environmental coring equipment. Josh Yarker also handles all customer relations and plays an integral role in assisting managing all marketing and business development. |

Mr. Chabot adds over 5 years of direct water well drilling experience to the Brake’s Environmental Drilling team. Previous to being employed at Brake’s, Mr. Chabot assisted in the drilling and construction operations of numerous water well drilling companies in Ontario. Mr. Chabot has extensive proficiency with mud rotary and solid stem drilling operations. He is employed as a Driller/Field Supervisor (Brake’s Environmental). Outside of Brake’s, Mr. Chabot shows immense passion for the great outdoors and spending time with his extended family. |

Mr. Spence adds over 10 years of drilling experience to the Brakes Environmental Drilling team. Previous to being employed at Brakes, Mr. Spence assisted in the drilling and operations of numerous drilling companies within Alberta. Mr. Spence has extensive experience with mud rotary, air rotary, and solid stem drilling operations. He is employed as a driller/Field Supervisor with Brakes Environmental Drilling. Outside of Brakes, Mr. Spence enjoys golf, fishing and many outdoor activities.

Andrew Power brings a very integrated skill set to Brake’s Environmental Drilling. Andrew has a strong field background in Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems, and Environmental Technology. Andrew holds an Advanced Diploma in Geographic Information Systems and an Environmental Planning Technology Diploma. Collaborating these two educational backgrounds has given Andrew exceptional experience in the oil and gas industry. Andrew is currently a Driller in Training with Brakes Environmental, assisting in all drilling projects and equipment maintenance.

Justin Chabot is currently a driller in training with Brake’s Environmental. Justin assists with all drilling operations in the field, the preparation of all drilling projects, and assists with all equipment maintenance in the shop.

Chelsey Sanden brings a strong knowledge base to Brake’s Environmental Drilling. Chelsey manages all business administration activities and coordinates all vendor and client information. Chelsey has direct involvement in all marketing approaches, operations management strategies, and human resources policies. Currently, Chelsey is obtaining her Bachelor of Management Degree in Human Resources at Mount Royal College.
